Work(out) hard, play hard!
What's poppin' blogger!
About a week ago I woke up feeling like I wanted to lie in bed all day and just stare at the ceiling. But the I thought "Why lay in bed all day when you can actually do something useful for once", so I slept for another hour before deciding to get up and get on with my life. ;) Since I graduated about 2 months ago I've been so lazy and restless, so about a week ago I decided to do something about it and become a healthier and stronger person!!I found this one picture on Twitter, which was like a workout challenge that you do for 30 days or a month....
After getting tired of being all lazy and unhealthy, I started doing the challenge.
But doing this workout without having to control my eating would pay off as much right? So I decided to quit all of the fat and sweets too while doing this. But being the crazy food monster I am, this "diet" of mine only lasted for 3 days. The third day into the challenge I went to 7/11 (seven eleven) to buy some milk but ended up buying 2 bags of chips and 3 bars of "KIT KAT"!! So bye bye diet for me.. I gave up the diet and automatically gave up on the challenge too.
But eventually I felt sorry for myself and thought that if I continued with what I was doing I was going to die young, be unhealthy forever or never learn to love myself and my body the right way. So about a week after quitting, I got up and started the challenge all over again. But this time I didn't bother to have a diet and well... ate whatever I wanted but I'm still careful with all the sweets.

YAAAAAS!! |
But now... Thinking about it all, I've changed my motivation to a, hopefully, better and more effective one. Oh, and the feeling after a really good workout... "OMG!!!!" I never ever ever thought that you could feel so good after working so hard and sweating so much. It all really pays off after a few weeks and you can really feel the difference. From being all lazy and sour, I'm now more energetic and my mood is up too. The feeling is just AWESOME!!
Most people exercise to lose weight and become smaller, but for me, working out is just another way to make you love yourself and your body. Your weight isn't really that important. You can weight 60-70kg and still be strong and healthy because it isn't only your fat that heavy but muscles weight more than fat.
So I workout, not to lose weight, but to learn to love myself by being healthy and strong, thanks to the inspiration I got from my amazing big sister Sofia. So yes, being lazy, lying in bed all day long and eating whatever your stomach tells you to can be very comforting but it isn't going to do you any good in the future.
So I challenge you!!
Try this workout with me and feel the difference.
