16 Children And Their Bedrooms From Across The World

Good evening from Thailand!

I was out on Facebook the other day, and I found a website, which showed 16 children from around the world and their bedrooms. As you might have read earlier in my blog I'm really inspired to make equality in this world because I think that the world can be such an unfair place for some people.

When I first opened this website I was shocked. I was shocked of the difference between the children and not only their homes but their own bedrooms. As I looked through the photos, which were taken by James Mollison, tears started to run down my face.

How come this beautiful world we all live in has turned into such a horrible and unfair place?

Just by looking at the photos of these children, you can not only see the shape of their bedrooms, but you can see in their eyes how they live and how much fortune they really have. By looking at their bedrooms you can really guess what their eating and how far or close they are to for filling their dreams. Everybody has a dream. Some has even more than one. And of course all the children in this world has got dreams they all want to come true.

But how come most of the people who are living their dreams have much money? How come so many children around the world are dreaming of becoming pilots, firemen, actors, singers etc...

But still so many children don't even know what those things are. Many children around the world has got smart phones, computers, TV games and cameras etc, while many children have rocks, sticks and dirt as toys, because that's really all they've got. I'm not saying that it's wrong to have smart phones and all of that. I'm just saying that, us people have this habit of taken what we have for granted. Of course we all are happy of what we've got, but sometimes we get to happy about it and forgets the more important part of having those things. Most children now in this century are getting less socialized and have a really hard time letting people in, in their lives because they have this smart phone or laptop with them everywhere they go. Instead pf talking, they text and chat, and instead of exercising, they play games.

To be honest, I'm really one of those persons who takes up too much time with these things, but after seeing these photos, I have now promised myself that I have to get better at socializing and spend more time away from my screens. I'm going to spend more time reading, being with my family and friends and praying for all those children out there that doesn't have a chance to live a normal and healthy life. I'm going to do all of this to honor those children who doesn't have it as good as we do, but can still smile and feel happy about it.

And i really want you guys to do it to. Try to stay away from your phones or computers for at least one day, and see how it feels. Can you do it? I know it's hard,  but it can be harder than fighting for survival or sleeping the solid ground.

Please consider this as a challenge to honor all those children out there who has a tough life but can still show the strength to smile. And help me pray for justice for all the children in this world. Justice so that all the children will have a chance to live their dream, eat, live and grow up healthy.
